Employee of the Month

Mr. Don Baucham, a Texas native, was brought in as a Mechanical advisor due to his proven mechanical skills and his ability to mentor the National Technicians. Don works in the offshore Malongo (Cabinda) Inner and Outer areas durin as a turbine technician and reciprocating engine mechanical advisor; performing planned major maintenance with a team of National Mechanics.

Mr. Baucham plays a critical role in our operational and employee development plans for the future and is essential to ensure an uninterrupted flow of capable mechanical and personnel development among the National workforce.
